  1. Eat Healthy food: Cook with sunflower and olive oil. Make sandwiches with cheese or peanut butter. You can also eat ?lean protein? such as beans, fish, chicken, lean cuts of beef, and some luncheon meats. These foods are excellent to beat hunger and stay fit and slim.
  2. Be cautious of White: Be wary of anything that is made with white re-fined flour such as white bread, dough nuts. The ditto applies for high sugar products such as tarts, colas, sweet cereals. Also troublesome are white veggies and grains like rice, french fries, baked potatoes. These are very high-calorie food with high-level of fat. This increases your body weight by leaps and bounds. So, beware of above mentioned food to beat your hunger.
  3. Eat Fibres: Always eat fibre to sustain hunger and at the same time gaining no weight. Fibres like whole-grain breads, long grain or brown rice, vegetables, fruits (unsweetened and unjuiced).
  4. Snack with Smarter foods: Eat low fat foods and avoid jelly beans. You can also try some milk-chocolates to beat hunger and improve the energy levels. This is an excellent tip to beat hunger and stay full for longer period of time.
