    Would one not be better off getting the vitamins and minerals from whole fruits and veggies rather than the juice? I’ve always felt the fiber found in the whole foods - and eliminated from the juice - provides perhaps as much benefit to the body as the vitamins and minerals found in them.

    Also, in my experience, the concentrated sugar in juice makes me crave even more sugar.
