Brain - A Staggering Tool to Lose Weight

It might sound strange in the context of weight loss but it is a fact that mind plays a very important role in achieving any of human goals. Going by that maxim, it becomes evident that to lose weight, the mind needs to be tuned to receive the ‘auto suggest’ messages. ‘Auto suggesting’ is telling the mind constantly to remember one’s goal and make the brain work subconsciously towards achieving the same.

Taking the weight loss goal further, try using this technique and observe for yourself when the results unfold. Keep repeating your ideal weight to your subconscious mind over and over again as you doze off, because this is the time when the mind is very receptive to suggestions: Saying, for instance, ‘120 pounds, 120 pounds, 120 pounds’. Similarly affirm to yourself in your woken state: something like ‘120 pounds is my ideal weight and I pray sincerely for achieving this’ or something in these lines. By doing this, your mind would be inured to accept your goal weight subconsciously and work and force you compulsively to do whatever it takes to accomplish the desired result.

Now weather this technique works or not is a matter to be left to time. People who have used this technique have indulged in fattening food intermittently without any ramification, of course continuing with the routine eating habits and required exercises. Once your mind is trained, you need not bother yourself with what needs to be done to maintain your ideal goal. Mind will take care of your goal and do its best to ensure the right result. Even if you are skeptical about this technique, using it will make you lose nothing. So why not give it a genuine try and test it out thoroughly?

The whole purpose of conditioning your subconscious is to bring your conscious self to accept that you already are what you want to become. When this idea is well established, the subconscious becomes compulsive and accordingly guides you intuitively to the right food, exercise and whatever it takes to accomplish your goal. This is bound to happen as this is the law of nature. Mind will always act in correspondence to the seed sown as thought.

However a word of caution: If you need to lose too much pounds, the subconscious mind may not be able to decide all at once what your ideal weight goal should be. In such cases, do not set up resistance or an argument in the subconscious. Instead, target for a weight loss goal that is believable and achievable at that time. What is important to note here is that that information that is easy to believe is more likely to fetch faster and greater results.
