Dieting can actually harm your body

by admin on October 11, 2008

You should never starve yourself in order to lose weight because when you don’t eat your body gets into the emergency mode and starts storing everything as fat and calories. Dieting to lose weight is always counterproductive.

Instead of dieting you should have smaller meals. What normally happens is we have three meals in a day and those meals are quite heavy because at that time we are hungry and very eager to eat food. Our body too, since for a long time we haven’t eaten tries to store as much food as possible. Also, we eat faster than when we are hungry. When we eat faster we tend to eat more because they don’t give in of time to our body to send the signals of fullness to our brain. By the time our brain realizes that we should stop eating we have already eaten more than we should have.

Have five to six smaller males instead. This way we are never too hungry to eat lots of food and hence we and the eating less than what the usually do. This significantly reduces the amount of food we take. Our body too, since it is regularly getting food, stops storing food as fat and most of the food is digested quickly.

When we diet, our body is always desperate to store energy, and in order to do it, it even starts tearing vital tissues from the body.

Because It’s important to examine your motivations and take some dieting advice, especially considering that the source of your decision to start a weight loss plan has a great deal to do with how carefully you will approach it. So I feel perfect dieting system will never show any negative results if you workout properly. Thank you..
