Monounsaturated fats contain double-bonded carbon and fatty acids that helps to lower cholesterol level from your body, reduce the risks of heart diseases, and cancers. Some worth mentioning ‘Good fats’ to be included in your diet chart comprises of olive oil, canola oil, raw nuts (not roasted), and avocados.
