You must be wondering how ridiculous it is to make a statement like this. But it is a fact that without compromising on your eating you can easily shed extra pounds and make that weight loss permanent. The secret of its success is shifting calories. Indeed, shifting calories helps in not only losing weight but also allowing you to eat to your satisfaction. The best part about this is that it does not have a rebound effect.

Everyone knows that weight gain occurs as a result of excess fat in the body. It then logically follows that to lose weight the ideal thing would be to improve on the component that helps you burn fat and that component is your metabolism. What is interesting to note here is that your body metabolism can be significantly increased through eating and can be kept elevated in order to help you burn calories more than you consume.
