Weight loss talks look so hunky dory and the outcome seems so promising. But more often than not weight loss is accompanied by bone mass loss. A trade-off which, if people are aware of, will not chose willingly. People with enough gray matter inside their heads will not want to look slim and trim by compromising on their bone strength.
