An average normal man requires 2500-2800 calories per day. Whereas an average normal women 2000-2500 calories, slightly less than men. In order to make an attempt to lose weight and excess ‘bad fats’ from your body, you need to understand your body and make necessary moves on weigh losses. The main mantra is ‘Understand your body, eat the right food and exercise correctly’. In this article, I am going to show you how to eat right food and lose weight.
Right food is not another name. It just resembles a normal issue. While eating, just estimate the portion sizes and eat them calculating the calorie you actually need, through the calorie guide. Here are some examples:
- Have Pizzas with a thin crust, healthy toppings and low-fat cheese like low fat-cottage cheese and Mexican cottage cheese.
- Eat grilled chicken and fish sandwiches instead of any fried foods like French fries and likes.
- Stay away from ‘bad fats’ and eat low-good fats like if you want to have ice-cream, the have one-scoop of low-fat ice-cream. You can also substitute one-scoop of low-fat ice-cream instead of skimmed milk and yogurt.
- Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits. High-fibre protein should be included in your food chart.
- No alcohol. Avoid fat drinks and Sodas for a minimum of 6 months. Drink plenty of water.
The ‘right foods’ I mentioned above should be adorned and implemented. It’s not preparing diet charts to show off, but to act accordingly for weight loss purposes! So what are you thinking? Just act immediately.
