Play with you kids and reduce your thigh weight

Kids are the most joyful elements one can experience in the house. With kids around, you as a parent cannot, cannot have long periods of relaxed moments. Isn’t that then a good idea to use that energy to your advantage where you manage to loose some of your extra pounds in the right places? In fact there are two specific games that you can play with your toddler in order to burn your thigh weight.

The airplane game

You would find not a single kid that has not enjoyed this particular game in his/her childhood. Yes, I am talking about the popular airplane game. Lie straight on your back and bend your knees upwards, brining them close to your chest while making your kid balance on your feet with its belly down and hold your kids hands locking them in yours. Once the kid is comfortably placed and balanced, start lifting the kid upwards where the kid adequately feels the flying sensation. While taking off, ensure you incorporate a bit of turbulence to have your thighs and calves exercised moderately. Have you ever thought of how a simple game that the kids enjoy the most can benefit you largely?

The Horse game

This is another interesting game that you can enjoy with your kid and have a solid thigh workout at the same time. Just sit at the edge of your couch or chair and stretch your legs in front of you. Make your kid sit on your legs astride and you begin the horse race. Dabble your legs up and down stimulating the canter or galloping thrill for your kid. Your constant movements along with the kids weight will enhance your resistance and help burn larger amount of calories. This again is a terrific exercise to burn your thigh weight.

Burning thigh weight is thus the simplest thing to do, as you do not have to take special efforts – all you need to do is play with your kid. Isn’t that amazing where reap multiple benefits?
