A lot of people probably know what to do, but still have difficulty doing it. As a dietitian specialising in weight management, I find that aspect of weight management to be the most challenging as well as the most rewarding. I&#039;m interested how everyone else feels about addressing the psychology part of healthy eating / weight management.  Any thoughts?</description>
