  1. Sometimes I heard my clients saying " I feel very tired, weak all the time. I don’t like to exercise or stay on diets. So how can I lose weight?" Wonder!! What kind of stuff is this? As a heath expert, I had no option but to suggest them few things. Like I said them ‘See please go for proper weight training. With weight training, you can increase your metabolism and energy levels. If you do not exercise your body will lose muscle mass and your metabolism will start to go down, making weight loss even harder! Do you want to grow fatter? Go for fat burners to increase your metabolism, energy levels and lose weight". I do suggest this to my readers to get charged up..buck up guys!
  2. I remember I met a very strange lady who asked me "Sarah, how can I lose weight by not exercising and dieting?". When I heard this, I literally had an idea that she must be joking but at the end I found she was not. Listen, you can’t lose weight without exercising and dieting. Even if you try ‘new weight-loss methods’, I am 100% sure you can’t lose weight without exercising and dieting. In case you lose weight from some of the fancy weight loss programs, you will gain back much more weight in some few days. So don’t just dare to think that.
  3. Now I have solution for you. You can lose weight even without exercising. Yes you can do that but it will take much time. Get an weight loss diet for you. Consult a doctor or health expert before this. Avoid sugar, high-calorie foods, and junk foods. You will slowly lose weight by time.
  4. "Will you be able to lose weight if you are suffering from asthma?" I read this when I was passing by the main road in our city. I found it very interesting and visited the health experts there. He told me we can. He said "You can definitely lose weight even if you have asthma. Continue the cardio exercises keeping your heartbeat normal and do not over workout stuffs. Stick on the weight loss diet. As long as you are doing cardio within your heart rate, you can lose weight". So here is the answer friend!!
