What do we actually mean by dieting? Is it a process of reducing your daily intake of calories? Is it reducing the percentage of fats, carbohydrates from your food to cut off excess weight? Or is it the planning your daily nutritious food according to your physical needs and implementing those to stay fit, healthy and at apt-weight? The answer is “Dieting is a practice of eating food in a particular and planned manner to achieve weight loss.”
Am I eligible for dieting? Who are eligible for dieting? Can normal people like us be on dieting like Models, Film actors and Superstars? How can we be benefited out of dieting? What should be my dieting chart? Does dieting really works? What should I eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner? How can I lose weight by dieting? Well, too many questions?if these questions are popping up and down in your minds in search for satisfying answers, then its time for you to know all those Dieting fundas!! I know this ‘funda’ is making a lot of difference in the present day. Everyone is busy like anything and so they need something sort of planned arrangements that will keep them fit, healthy and young at the same time.
