Adopting the following 3 techniques will help both men and women fight fat in the least amount of time:

Diet with low-calorie i.e. natural food: Eat 10 – 20% less calories than what your body actually needs and rely more on fruits and vegetables.

Resistance training or Strength Training: Using dumbbells or barbells and doing body weight exercise help men and women burn fat and build muscle.
Interval Training: Exercising in short burst as is done in Interval Training is far better than doing the same old slow cardio.
